Return&Exchange Policy

Section 1 - Eligible Return and Exchange Conditions

Products eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Disposable vapes with battery issues making them non-functional.
  2. Disposable vapes with severe leakage affecting usability.
  3. Disposable vapes with damaged LED screens.
  4. Rechargeable products (excluding non-rechargeable disposables) with damaged charging ports.
  5. Disposable vapes with auto-firing issues.
  6. Incorrect items shipped that do not match the order. For wrong shipments, the product and packaging must remain intact. We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange the exchange. If you refuse to return the incorrect product and still demand reshipment, we will not process the request.

Products NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • E-liquids, undamaged disposable vapes, prefilled pods, opened pods (e.g., STLTH/RELX), atomizers, tanks, rebuildables, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils, or any other device accessories.
  • Products damaged due to unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Products that have reached the end of their expected lifespan.
  • Damage caused by drops, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Damage caused by not following the product’s user manual.
  • Damage from water, leaks, fire, or other improper use.
  • Leakage from atomizers is not covered under warranty.
  • Cosmetic damage or scratches from surface finishes.
  • Any product modifications will void the warranty.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear or aging.
  • Products beyond the warranty period.
  • Gifts, promotional items, or discontinued products.
  • Clearance sale items that expire due to long-term storage after purchase are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Personal reasons such as:
    • Not liking the flavor;
    • Purchasing rechargeable devices while insisting they are non-rechargeable;
    • Failing to inquire about product details, buying the wrong product, and requesting a return;
    • Ignoring product descriptions indicating "pods only" or "device compatibility" leading to incompatibility;
    • Trying to return products after usage;
    • Assuming items are a full set when descriptions clearly state "device/oil/pod sold separately"—no returns accepted;
    • Not contacting us immediately upon discovering the wrong product inside the package, opening and using the product, and then asking for a return/exchange. Returns for incorrect items must be unopened and complete.

Important Reminder:
Open-system devices may have a higher chance of leakage, which is normal. Misusing nicotine salt or freebase liquids increases leakage risk and is considered user error, not a product defect.
For interchangeable disposable devices like Level X, slight e-liquid residue at the connection point is normal and not eligible for return.


Section 2 - How to Request a Return or Exchange

Important Reminder:
For in-store purchases, you must return to the original store.
For online purchases, please follow the online return process.
Website orders CANNOT be handled in-store, and store orders CANNOT be processed by online customer service. Failure to follow this rule will result in refusal of your request.

In-store Return or Exchange Process:

  • You must request an exchange within 24 hours of purchase for damaged items (non-rechargeable disposable vapes that function normally are excluded).
  • Products without damage are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please check the product in-store before leaving.

Online Order Return or Exchange Process:

Please inspect and test your products within 2 days of delivery. If serious issues are found and the product qualifies for return/exchange, send an email to service@cvdtech.ca with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Order details
  • Description and quantity of damaged items
  • Issue description
  • Video showing the issue
  • Photo of the SKU code on the external packaging

We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a solution. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer; the merchant covers reshipping costs.


Section 3 - Return Process and Terms

Return Shipping Deadline:
Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the return product back to us.
For exchanges, we will reship the replacement within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Only the product price will be refunded—shipping and tax are non-refundable.


Section 4 - Exchange Process and Terms

Exchange Rules:
You may choose to exchange for a different product. If the new product is more expensive, you must pay the price difference. If cheaper, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.

Exchanged products must be in original packaging and unused. Only unused items in brand-new condition are eligible for exchange.

For incorrect items shipped by us requiring a refund, products must be unopened and unused to ensure a smooth refund process.

Reshipping Time:
We will reship the exchange product within 7 business days after receiving your return.
