This service covers Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and GTA surrounding areas: Cambridge, Waterloo, Kitchener, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Brampton, Burlington, Milton, Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Dundas
Flash Bird Operating Schedule
• Cut-off time: 11:30 AM on business days (public holidays are not business days)
• GTA surrounding areas: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:30 AM
• Montreal / Quebec City / Ottawa: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 11:30 AM
• Orders placed after 11:30 AM are processed on the next business day
• Friday orders after 11:30 AM will be delivered the following Monday (GTA) or Tuesday (QC/MTL/Ottawa)
Note: This is a courier delivery service, not an on-demand service like Uber Eats. All packages are processed and delivered following standard courier routes and sortation procedures.
GTA Same-Day Delivery Tracking
Fleet Now
For certain GTA regions, we use Fleet Now for evening delivery services. Fleet Now tracking numbers begin with “DO” and follow a timestamp format (e.g., DO202512041551473912). This service covers City of Toronto and surrounding areas shown on the service map, as well as Hamilton, Burlington, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph, with delivery schedules varying by region.
Fleet Now Operating Schedule
- Cut-off time: 4:00 PM (daily)
- City of Toronto: Same-day evening delivery (5 PM – 11 PM) for orders placed before 4:00 PM
- Hamilton / Burlington: Delivery on Tue, Thu, Sat
- Kitchener / Waterloo / Guelph: Delivery on Wed, Sat
- Holidays: Fleet Now operates normally on public holidays
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next eligible delivery day
